Accurate Manufacturing, L.L.C. has added a Temperature Controlled Inspection room to its production facility. This room is both heated and cooled as required to maintain a constant temperature during inspection. This temperature can be adjusted as required by the customer.

A Brown and Sharpe CMM is the centerpiece of this inspection room. This is a full 3-axis coordinate measuring machine capable of measuring X, Y, and Z dimensions with a max deviation range of 0.0002" in each axis. This precision piece of equipment allows us to execute inspection routines on both "first article" and "in-process" parts with confidence. |
